QUESTIONS ABOUT DISCOUNTS?
You cannot combine discount codes. If you would like to purchase items that are 50% off and other items that are 30% off, it is best to make separate purchases. Purchase all your 50% off items in one transactions and all your 30% off items in a separate transaction so you can take advantage of all sale items. This website will not allow you to purchase both discounted items at once. Sorry for the inconvenience.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
There are a number of reasons why your order was canceled. The most common is when multiple customers are buying at the same time, your item may have oversold. We will always go in order of who purchased first to fulfill orders and refund everyone else.
Also, due to the high volume of fraud, we will cancel any suspicious transactions.
IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, CAN I PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER?
Unfortunately, we order much of our merchandise a year in advance and so we can’t just order more if it isn’t available. Other items, we do replenish, but shipment dates very. The best thing to do is either send us a message through the Customer Support site to ask and follow us on Instagram so you can be informed when we re-stock.
WHAT IF MY BILLING ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT THAN MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Your billing and shipping information must be the same. As a fraud prevention measure, we will not ship to different addresseses.
WILL I BE ABLE TO TRACK MY ITEM ONCE IT SHIPS?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email along with your confirmation.
